Sex in Hollywood

Can there be such a thing as too much sex? When major Hollywood productions end-up having their movie clips posted on adult sites such as as female celebrities showing fully nude sex scenes then it makes us wonder if society has become more and more accepting of sex and nudity in films. After all, if a site such as nude celebrity theatre can exist to provide porn solely by showing Hollywood movie clips then doesn't that mean Hollywood is no longer making artistic nude films but rather adult entertainment films?

As can be observed from movies such as Basic Instinct 2 the appetite for sex in Hollywood is insatiable. Even when a movie flops at the box office it may become a hot seller on the dvd market as viewers love to watch 'racey' movies in the privacy of their own homes.

Should this trend continue there won't be any role for major adult entertainment companies such as Playboy or Vivid Video. Hollywood will essentially replace the adult film industry.

Society has become to complacent, or in fact, so demanding of sex and nudity in Hollywood that there's blurred disctinction between Hollywood movies and porn movies.
